I am Jordi Solano, and I have been connected to the world of cycling all my life (about 42 years!), both as a cyclist, technician and assistant in different professional teams. For about 17 years I have dedicated myself to recovering all kinds of athletes (basketball, football, volleyball, mountain skiing..), but the last ten years I have focused especially on long-distance runners, triathletes and, above all, on cyclists.
Thanks to my own experience as an elite athlete, I know what the needs of an athlete of these characteristics are, since I have suffered it and I suffer it on a daily basis. I believe that specialization is essential to obtain optimal results, and that is why the type of recoveries we do are the best for cycling, triathlon and runners whatever their discipline.
From here in Barcelona, and once per week in my country Andorra, I work with only one goal: that you recover sooner, that you have a better performance in your competitions and that you give everything in your training.
